PostBrix provides powerful tools for creating and managing email content. To maintain the integrity of our platform, protect our infrastructure, and comply with global anti-spam laws, all users must adhere to this Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
1. Zero Tolerance for Spam
- —You may not use PostBrix to design, generate, or distribute unsolicited bulk email (spam).
- —All emails designed using PostBrix and sent via third-party systems must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, and all applicable global anti-spam legislation.
- —You must not use deceptive subject lines, misleading sender names, or falsified routing information in any template created on our platform.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use PostBrix to create, store, or distribute templates containing or promoting any of the following:
- —Phishing scams, credential harvesting, or deceptive financial schemes.
- —Malware, viruses, or links to malicious software.
- —Illegal goods, illegal drugs, or counterfeit products.
- —Adult content, sexually explicit material, or escort services.
- —Hate speech, harassment, violence, or discriminatory content.
- —Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others (copyrights, trademarks).
3. API, Rate Limit, and Export Abuse Protections
- —You may not bypass, circumvent, or attempt to disable any rate limits or usage restrictions enforced by PostBrix.
- —Automated abuse of the export endpoints, excessive API polling, or aggressive scraping of PostBrix infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
- —You may not use multiple free accounts to circumvent limits or abuse the free tier of the service.
- —PostBrix reserves the right to throttle or block IP addresses and accounts exhibiting abusive or unusually high traffic patterns.
4. AI Usage Restrictions
- —You are solely responsible for all content generated by PostBrix's AI features.
- —You may not use the AI generation tools to create misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- —You must not attempt to jailbreak, bypass safety filters, prompt inject, or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models used by PostBrix.
5. Lawful Monitoring and Account Suspension
PostBrix employs automated scanning and manual review processes to enforce this AUP. We lawfully monitor outbound export metrics, API interactions, and generation patterns to detect abuse while respecting user privacy. If we determine, through reasonable legal and technical investigation, that an account has violated this AUP, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account, block access to templates, and report illegal activity to relevant authorities. We will endeavor to provide notice prior to suspension unless the abuse poses an immediate security or legal threat to PostBrix.
