This policy explains how subscription renewals, billing cycles, trials, and cancellations are handled at PostBrix to ensure full transparency for our users.
1. Automatic Renewals
- —Paid subscriptions (monthly or annual) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access to the service.
- —You explicitly authorize PostBrix (via our payment processors Razorpay or Lemon Squeezy) to charge the payment method on file for the recurring renewal amount.
- —We do not charge hidden fees. The price of your subscription is clearly displayed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.
- —If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again over a 3-day grace period. If it continues to fail after the grace period, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free tier.
2. Trial Periods and Conversion
- —If PostBrix offers a free trial for a paid plan, your payment method will not be charged until the trial period expires.
- —If you do not cancel before the trial expires, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid, auto-renewing subscription according to the terms agreed upon at signup.
3. How to Cancel
- —You may cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time directly from the 'Billing' section in your PostBrix dashboard.
- —You can also request cancellation by emailing billing support at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.
- —Deleting the application, closing a browser tab, uninstalling an integration, or simply not using the service does NOT constitute a formal cancellation.
4. Post-Cancellation Access
- —When you cancel your subscription, future auto-renewals will be stopped immediately. There are absolutely no cancellation fees or hidden penalties.
- —You will retain full access to your paid features and limits until the end of the current paid billing period.
- —At the end of the billing period, your account will revert to the Free tier limits. Access to premium features (like unlimited exports or custom domains) will be restricted until you upgrade again.
5. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
- —Upgrading your plan mid-cycle will typically result in a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing period, giving you instant access to new features.
- —Downgrading your plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prorated refunds are not issued for downgrades.
